Terms of service

refynd is a search and editorial site. We feature dresses and skirts from retailers, describe them, and link to the retailer's own page. You can browse without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account, and you must be at least 13 years old.

refynd is not a store. We don't sell, ship, or fulfill any product, and we never take payment. When you click through to a retailer, any purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, on their terms. Orders, payment, delivery, sizing, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer service are all handled by the retailer, so please contact them directly about an order.

Retailer websites are run by third parties we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products, privacy practices, or conduct, and a link to a store isn't an endorsement of that store.

Listings are updated regularly but not in real time. Prices, sales, sizes, stock, colors, and product details can change at the retailer at any moment, and our copy of them can be out of date or wrong. Descriptions such as sleeve length, neckline, or hem are produced partly by automated photo review and can contain errors. The retailer's own site is always the final word, so check the details there before you buy.

Some links on refynd are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer or an affiliate network may pay us a commission. It doesn't change the price you pay. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

When using refynd, you agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or copy the site or its data in bulk, or use it to build a competing database, except as allowed by our robots.txt;
• interfere with the site's operation, overload it, or try to get around rate limits or security measures;
• access accounts, admin areas, or data that aren't yours;
• use the site or its forms to send spam, malware, or unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
• generate fake clicks, fake sign-ups, or any other artificial traffic, including on affiliate links;
• use the site in a way that breaks any law.

We may suspend or close accounts, or block access, if these terms are broken.

The refynd name and logo, the site's design, and our own writing, curation, and product descriptions belong to us. Product names, photos, brand names, and trademarks belong to the retailers and brands they come from and are shown to help you find and identify their products. You may share links to refynd pages and quote small parts with a link back, but not republish the site or its content wholesale.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything. If you believe something on refynd infringes your rights, email us with the page address and details and we'll look into it promptly.

refynd is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, refynd and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, from any retailer or product, or from any inaccuracy in a listing. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place you live.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and using the site after that means you accept the new version. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
